1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing or downloading the Zombie Shooter Kit (“the Kit”), you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Kit for the purpose of developing commercial or non-commercial interactive projects, including but not limited to video games, simulations, and prototypes.

You may:

• Use the Kit in personal, educational, or commercial projects
• Modify the Kit to suit your project’s needs.
• Distribute compiled games or applications that include the Kit as part of a finished product.
• Sell games made using the Kit without owing royalties.
• Publish games without crediting the author (credit is appreciated but not required).

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Kit or any of its contents.
• Share the Kit with others who have not purchased it.
• Upload the Kit or any modified version of it to asset stores, marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing platforms.
• Distribute the Kit as a standalone product or as part of another asset pack or starter kit.
• Claim the Kit or its contents as your own original work.
